Residents of Nyamache woke up to shocking incident of a highly respected church leader filing a mentally unstable 13 year old in a bush.
The 78 year old Israeli Church bishop was caught by passersby in the early Saturday morning engaging in the incident act with the minor.
Residents who were going about their business were attracted to the secluded scene by strange noises and found the senior church elder in the act.
The man was apprehended and handed over to the authorities and the girl rescued.
Worth noting is that this is not an isolated incident coming out of Kisii county.
